The proceedings of the 2nd Panhellenic Health Visitors Conference held on 20-22 October at Eugenides Foundation was attended by Chrysa Botsi, HCDCP’s physician and PHILOS scientific director. During the session: “Tuberculosis and health visitor”, Mrs Botsi developed the topic: “Tuberculosis and special populations”.
In her presentation, HCDCP’s actions concerning the surveillance of the disease in refugee/migrant open camps, as well as the tools for detecting and managing tuberculosis implemented in the context of PHILOS programme were presented.
